Dov Hertz is a real estate entrepreneur who founded DH Property Holdings in 2016. The company is an investment business centered on primarily industrial distribution warehouses in urban infill areas within the New York region. Based in New York City, DH Property Holdings has constructed over 6 million square feet of properties in the northeast and currently oversees a 1.5 million square feet portfolio of existing buildings. Prior to launching DH Property Holdings, Dov Hertz was an Executive Vice President at Extell Development; he managed the acquisition efforts that culminated in over $20 billion worth of projects, including One 57 and Nordstrom Tower. His experience is well-rounded, including management of mixed-use portfolios, commercial office leasing, and logistics.
